Great. Yep I get good depth, they’re a wonderful movement I think. On sets of 200kg for 5 at mo. My best ever squat was 220kg for 5 so I’d like to get that, 20 years after hitting it the first time round.I'd vote that a squat is a squat as long as you can go to acceptable depth (at or below parallel).
