Great becauae I did it, but straight after the workout I was sweating like hell and had died haha. When I did this workout the first time (that was without the afterrun, but only the squats and 5 rounds) I could batelaan walk for a few days (starting 2 days later)Bro….that looks beautifully brutal. I'll bet.. never tried it when doing VWC, I wonder what the significance of 36 seconds is.. 36 seconds is enough time for 18 snatches, that and the other format are both very glycolytic.:36/:36 is certainly a different kind of animal compared to :15/:15

My wife just told me i have too many kettlebells. I’ll take that as she wants me to branch out and get a Bulgarian bag!Received the original bulgarian bag from supples. Way better quality. Also was starter and listeners to the advise to start with the 12 kg one. Today time to put it into practice.
