It's an Inzer 2-prong. I've had it for 20 years. If you're not used to a powerlifting belt, it takes some time to break it in and get used to it.

"Loose suit bottoms" = an old stretched out single ply squat suit that's worn w. the straps down.
 
This is from last weekend's max effort work. I worked up to a 'heavy' single of 335lb. Shown in the video is the first rep from every set. I edited it this way to compare reps. I don't know if it's enlightening at all, but the wonky rep w. 275 was REALLY wonky and I'm glad I filmed it.
