Karate practice. I was teaching today, so workout was light for me. Added in 30 minutes on the heavy bag when I got home. My hook kicks felt really sharp, maybe seeing some benefit from tactical frog.

- grip was tired at start of swings, but still managed to do more work with the bulldog, very encouraging. But paid for it in the TGUs, a couple were wobbly
Pull ups 3,3,3,3,2
- since it seems to be hurting my elbow a lot less, going to continue with backing off volume and working on chest to bar. Feels good for the moment.
