Hi,
Just read Kettlebell AXE.
Currently going through a shoulder issue. Can I do the same protocol for sprinting and still get similar benefits.
5-7 seconds sprint, OTM. Doing as many sets as I can till the heart rate doesn’t drop under the Lactate Threshold at the end of the minute. Still respecting the stop signs.
