Hi,
Just read Kettlebell AXE.
Currently going through a shoulder issue. Can I do the same protocol for sprinting and still get similar benefits.
5-7 seconds sprint, OTM. Doing as many sets as I can till the heart rate doesn’t drop under the Lactate Threshold at the end of the minute. Still respecting the stop signs.

You can do short sprints, box jumps, squat jumps ect. There's a ton of great options.
