Just wanted any thoughts on the following setup. Using 10 singles for incline based on a 245 max. Is this enough volume for chest?
Mondy - Friday
Dead 5 singles based on 410 max
Days 1-6: 305
Day 7: 325
Days 8-13: 305
Day 14: 345
Days 15-20: 305
Day 21: 365
Days 22-27: 305

Day 29-34: 305
