Anyone seen Ivans vid of this??
did 78 reps on a 16kg one arm (he did 78 reps for 32kg) now starting on 24 kg one set daily...... Jerks and Girevoy make my elbows flare up so 100 swings a day at 32kg high...... then presses and pullups......
one set a day for this..... a good idea? anyone done this?
Anyway good for keeping body good with less inflammation.....
