Fighter pullup program progression

Same same but different.
Horizontal BW rows with feet suspended. Tested RM was 9, so starting the 5RM FPP @9,8,7,6,5.

Good pump in lats and biceps, which surprised me. Thought I'd attack my back from a slightly different angle before adding external load.

Pushups 6,5,4,3,2 straight after. Will superset with pullups tomorrow.

Feels good. I'm loving having a quick bit of training to knock out while getting the kids ready for school.

Not "exploding upwards" as I'd like to be, but surprising myself at how easy it is to complete the last few reps of the top sets. Progress.
