i'm learning calisthenics Guys i will be a personel trainer i can do 20 pull ups at same set get me 6 months later i will be a beast in this forum and i'm old athléte i have 13 years with Karaté and 3 years kick boxing and 7 months Bodybuilding ans now i will just stay with calisthenics and kick boxing .
