If you want to minimize hypertrophy just eat a little less. If you're at maintenance more or less, swap out some protein for carbs or fats.Seeing that I want to minimize hypertrophy, should I retest my 1RM?
yup, going from nothing to lifting will ilict those gains.Only started lifting after I attended PS earlier this year. I guess this explains the hypertrophy.
