Good session, bit of a pump in rear of LHS shoulder.

Edit- TRM test for 32kg one arm row (8), 2x24kg gorilla row (10ea), one arm ring row, feet under ring (6). Bit sore the next day TBH

Tight rhs hammie from Karate kicks. Worked the knot out a bit with the clubs before starting.

Last week of X1, wanting to do ROP with the 20kg after this. Interesting that I haven't been able to push for "1 extra set each week" like in The Giant 1.0 with this program, but I have been putting up longer sets with the same NL as previous weeks so that's still progress I guess. RPE each week has felt pretty similar.

32kg (full getup) 1/1 - LHS wobbly on elbow to floor.

24kg feeling good after 1st set, 32kg went up easy as you like on RHS. LHS seems better on LHS with a deeper grip over the pinky side base of hand.

Final day of Giant X1. Felt pretty good, not sure how amazing my form was, for some reason my upper traps have a bit of a pump, must have been shrugging at times. Not normal.

Glad I'm finished, I enjoyed it but it was getting a bit monotonous towards the end. Adding in the TGU on 'off days' helped with that a little.

In 2 minds whether I have a day or 2 of rest and do an RM test or just get straight into ROP with the 20kg...

Always find it interesting to add things up. 65 tons lifted in 8 weeks, week 1 is lower as they were 25 minute sessions.

Bit of snatch technique practice on and off.

1 hand swings have regressed with the 24kg, feels like a grip/confidence issue, as I don't feel like I've lost any power. 32kg swung to head height with confidence. Doing a few swings so that I am able to walk after my first ROP day....
