400 m one-arm (26 kg KB) farmer waljs
Farmer walks, change side every 100 m.
In the 5 km run, I did 3.22 km (= 2 miles) of run - walk - run by running 3 minutes and walking 30 secs.

I am glad mine are over. My body is still not in the regular day snd night rythm. Tomorrow an early shift, so hopefully not awake most of the night.

Due to thevrain I decided yo leave yhe KB at home and take the clubbell with me instead. Of course, that one bexame slippery too. On my way to my workout spot I realised I could have done push presses instead of snatching. Ah well, the clubbell was also fun to use again.

There were some fierce fighting during the battle of the Bulge. Last year I was in the bastogne region. Still lots of memories over there, museums etcetera.
Hope hé was doing well as there were many casualities in those time. Lest never forget

Good to hear. Think many did not talk too much about it. They saw lots of misery. Still very thankfull to them Who liberated us.
