Keep moving

5 ROUNDS OF:
- ladder (1-2-3) clean & press (22 kg kb)
- 6/6 bulgarian bag (17 kg) spins
- 6 pushups
5 x 10 KB (28 kg) swings

I have not used the bag much lately. Naybr next time I dhould restart with the 12 kg one and first get used to it again.
17k is pretty heavy for not using the movement for awhile, 12k might be a good move.
 
Small workout to wake up from the nightshifts, using the 12 kg clubbell and 16 kg kettlebell.

2 ROUNDS OF:
- 90 secs. arm cast & squat - 30 secs. rest
- 90 secs. side to side swings - 30 secs. rest
- 90 secs. KB press - 30 secs. rest
- 90 secs. gama cast - 30 secs. rest
- 90 secs. swings to order - 30 secs. rest
