Keep moving

6 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x ( :15 on/:15 off) KB (20 kg) snatch
- 100 m. run
- 100 m. walk
5 x 5/5 clubbell (12 kg) arm cast & squats
5 x 5/5 clubbell (12 kg) gama casts
3 x 5 clubbell (12 kg) flag press
5.6 km run
900 m. cooldown walk

High humidity, so had tobstop after 6 tounds of snatching snd running. Handle became too slippery. 20230621_093754.jpg

5.6 km walk.

While walking thinking about my follow-up routines. One more week on the garmin 10 km program (with my own twist).

Have several ideas, not sure yet which one.

Wanted to add a video of the walk, but do not know how to add them.
