Kettlebell STRONG is on sale for $43. I wish Geoff turned 43 when I got it a year and a half ago!
Can you say more? I'm mildly curious about the program but I'd love to read some detailed whys. The DVD is worth the price of admission. The book is the gravy.
There's a link in the first post of this thread.Where are folks seeing Geoff's work go on sale? I've seen severall people comment on this over time but I'm obviously not in the right place! Thanks
Thoughts on the program from those who have it?
Oh, and 65% off %97.50 isn't $43.

Everything I had done in a year and a half of KB work proved to be preparation for Strong. My strong personal opinion is that SFGs ought to be forced to do the program before they're allowed to say they train for strength.
LOL! But, what do you really think?Other than that, I have no strong opinions on the matter.
, yes, especially the heavy days, with either more volume or reduced rest periods. Grip, forarm, shoulders, the core, the legs, the heart, the lungs, not to say a miserable mind... a lot of (micro)trauma. But it delivered as promised. To build muscle. Fast.have done Kettlebell Muscle (killed me and buried me in a shallow grave)
