Monday, January 22.

Morning: Speed Metal 14 minutes Deload week for Snatches and swings. Next week starting Q&D with 28kg and 32kg for heavy days. Along with one day timeless 1h swings.

Evening: New Reload Cycle
Deadlift Heavy (320) 5x5 (10 pound weekly jumps.)
bench light 155 5x5
S.V.
Sumo Deadlift 2x5 (10rm)
Pendlay and dumbbell rows 2x5 (10rm)
 
Tuesday, January 23.

Bench Heavy (160) 5x5 (10 pound weekly jumps)
zercher light (225) 5x5
S.V.
Ring Dips 2x5 In the Last 5 weeks I broke up the prescribed reps into ladders to achieve the sets. This 5 weeks I'm going to strive to get all the prescribed reps as written without breaking them into ladders.
Hanging knee raises 2x5

Thursday, January 25.

Morning: Speed Metal 10 minutes 50snatches 24kg
I decided to do 2 sets of 20 on snatches to see where my conditioning was. It felt pretty good. And 2 sets of five.
Evening:

Zercher Heavy(260) 5x5
military press light(115) 5x5
S.V.
Double kb front squats (2x32) 2x5
Body weight pull ups 2x5

Tuesday, continued…

Was able to warm up with Q&D 24kg 10/2. Felt strong. Rested 30 minutes. Perform sprint test with 28kg. Performed 20 left rested five minutes and performed 17 right, stopped when I felt like I was on the verge of grinding. I assumed 28 was my working weight but I never did the sprint test before to be 100% sure.

I did Q&D last year for about 6.5 months with 28kg.

Performed deadlift and bench 5x5.
