Looks like too easy to work. I do few warmup sets too.

Definitely not “to press a lot you must press a lot”.

But...

(1) This may be the evolution in thinking even though it’s a departure from ROP
(2) Craig knows so much more than me so far be it for me to critique this program.
(3) He says it gets results and I’m sure he’s being honest
(4) I would think you’d have energy and recovery to work on some other lifts/skills- unlike other programs that are so taxing you can’t do anything else.

This may be on my short list of programs to run. Let us know how it goes @Sauli
