Relatively quick session, sent the V4 green problem. After I did the first move successfully the rest of the problems really plays to my strengths...

Vacation in the Blue lagoon, south Sinai

Lots if quiet, meditation, breathing and being. I was there with the perfect friend for that.

OS flows and Qigong each morning, sometimes OS flows in the afternoon, yoga session in the last day.

So, so... Still off from the long travel. In addition, lots of first-timers lead to allot of explanations fro the teacher and didn't help my already-off focus

Getting back in the groove. Some V0 - V2, V3, V4 work.
