Hello friends,
I’ve only been doing Simple & Sinister consistently for a couple weeks now. I’m not sure if anyone else does this, but I created a custom workout timer with the “Seconds” app that has been working very well for me. It keeps things moving so I don’t slack off, it counts me down when it’s time to switch sides and has helped me keep a consistent pace. If you don’t have the app I highly recommend it, it’s almost like having a coach in your back pocket. I’ve uploaded my custom timer for your to import if you do have the app and want to try it out. You can tweak it in any way you’d like for yourself. I’d love to hear your feedback if you do try it out and/or how you changed it for your own sessions. Hope this helps! Thanks!
