After several years training with Kettlebells and building up a good base, I suddenly started experiencing pain in my shoulder.
A PT diagnosed it as inflammation or tear of the Supraspinatus tendon. The injury has sapped most of my arm strength and the recommendations for recovery discourage lifting, especially any overhead lifts.
At this point apart from the specific PT prescribed training, I am doing light KB swings and Goblet Squats, but that is about all.
I would like to know if anyone has experience with this type of injury and what exercises were helpful.
