Hy Guys,
it would be great if you could give me feedback on my snatch form during the snatch test (link below).
Where do you see the biggest weaknesses?
Does anything look already solid?

Thanks in advance!

Doesn't look too bad - but it doesn't look too effortless either. ;)

A side view would be helpful, so people can check the lock out position and the arc. /path of the bell.

Don't let your heels come off the floor.
Shake out tension whenever you have time.
Try double-breathing.

I am sure @AleksSalkin & @Mark Limbaga and other board members will have good tips & more precise technique pointers for you.

Nice job, @tobseib! Looks good to me, and I don't see any reason that wouldn't pass an SFG snatch test.

My suggestion would be to try timing your power breath exhale with your hip extension, like a swing.

Looks good. Guessing you are plenty strong. Working on your motor will help.
Start with your right side first.
Work on using your non working left arm as well as you use your right.
Good chance you would have been no rep'd on rep 100 for leaning on your thigh to set the bell down. You still had a few seconds, but could have been a bummer at a cert.
A 45 degree shot would be nice so we can see how close you keep the bell to your body.
And you could try relaxing your grip at the top and on the drop.

So if that was an actual snatch test, I would pass it

What can be done better
1. Notice you cast the bell in the drop? Keep it close and you'll conserve more energy
2. Time your exhale with the hip snap
3. The biomechanical breath match is more useful than tension breathing for a snatch test

Overall, now you know you just need to make this easier so great job on that
