Hey folks!

I'm just getting back into swings after a few months of just focusing on KB deadlifts to improve stability and control after back problems prevented further swing progress (big thank you to James Sullivan for helping me out with this). How does my form look? Looks to me like I'm lifting my toes a bit and was a tad over-arched on the last rep in the side view. See anything else? Nit-pick away - my goal is timeless simple and I want my swings as close to perfect as I can get them.

Thanks in advance.

Overall looking solid

One idea—note your setup position hinge (side view) and then your swing hinge position (much higher)
Try to make your swing hinge position more like (not identical) to your setup position.

This should help with staying rooted.
