On vacation in Huntington Beach CA. Brought my 70 lb KB. Been doing suitcase walks, swings and presses from time to time throughout the day...not to mention lots of walking, biking and body surfing.

Training has been very sporadic the past couple of months. Seems like I'm starting over every couple of weeks...such as tonight...kept things light and fairly easy.

Hang Cleans: worked up to 225 lbs for a few singles

Early morning 3.5 mile walk/jog

8 x 250 meter (running) "sprints"

(more like a fast run. Haven''t done this in a loooong time and wanted to be careful not to pull something. Good to feel muscles I haven's used in a while)

Starting over again...a lot of personal stuff the past 2.5 months culminated with a week of out of town friends and family, but now that it's all behind me, I'll give myself some credit for actually moving around a little the past couple of days...

Threw the football around with my grown kids for about an hour. The muscles I haven't used in 20+ years doing this were bitching me out Monday and Tuesday
