I don't know exactly. There is a workout I do from time to time and there are a few sets of neckbridges for 30 sec. each. During a session I guess maybe 100 - 120. roughly... But I trained for this for years.. So be careful.How many repetitions do you do?
I totally agree with Pavel Macek about the wall version (and all else he said!) Unless you are not a pro wrestler or boxer or you want to look like Hackenschmidt, there is no need for too much of this.
