S&S Day.
PGS:
2 x 5 24kg, 1 x 5 32kg
Swing:
Right - 5 x 10 32kg
Left - 5 x 10 32kg
Was feeling stronger today and had more spare time so went 32kg all swings.
TGU:
RH - 3 x 1 32kg, 2 x 1 24kg
LH - 2 x 1 32kg, 3 x 1 24kg
Attempted the same but left side let me down, I’m just not getting the pivot correct.
Chin-ups: 3 x 6 reps
PGS:
