S&S Practice:

Chin-ups: 1 x 10 reps

Tired after a lot of driving today, swings still felt solid, but lacking energy for chin-ups.

10-5-3 OMEM Session:

Warm up: 2 x 1 TGU - 20kg

10 x 3 reps - Clean and Push Press 44kg
No rest
5 x 3 reps - Clean and Squat 44kg
No rest
3 x 5 reps - Chin-ups

Bar Hang - 40s.

Steady session tonight, didn’t feel like pushing anything.

Found tonight’s session hard, difficult few days at work, mentally in a difficult place, but the exercise helps.

Slightly slower through swings and get-ups, more emphasis on control and power, not think about the clock. Result = better session.

Feeling decidedly off today, something’s trying to take hold of me.

Running:

3.6k - 23:42
Same here, the snatch went and felt good, but the running felt hard today. Normaal I run in the morning on an empty stomach. Today I ran in thevafternoon, due to lots ofvrain in the morning. I was Lucky to have 1 hour of less rain. Now the north sea aka the channel is falling down again

Running was hard for me also, my 3.6k route is quite hilly, but normally I can skip around it, not so tonight! The 24kg felt like a small family hatchback tonight!
