COVID Workout:

4th day since testing positive, 5th day of symptoms.

Running 3.6km - 23:42

Light Kettlebells.
OAS:
10 x 10 - 16kg

TGU:
10 x 1 - 16kg

Absolutely streaming with perspiration, hang the rest, I’m determined to ‘sweat it out’!

Feeling ‘fatigued’ still, but definitely on the up. The 20kg wasn’t a challenge, next session I’ll up to the 24kg.

A good family walk today, not sure how far but a couple of hours anyway, and the boys did not complain which was a real bonus (probably the promise of a Kimi’s Gelato kept them going!).
