Some lovely spots on the metal detecting rally, more interesting than the scraps of iron unearthed at any rate!

Big effort from the boy tonight, didn’t have to gee him up the last hill quite so much!

Absolutely shattered tonight, mentally exhausting few days at work, felt unusually tired after the run. Take it easier through sets tonight, taking as much rest as needed.

*Best TGU (Left), I think yet. This time I managed the roll more effectively, leading out with chest, avoiding the ‘sit up’.
