Session felt awful. Tired, bugs, weights too heavy. Maybe resetting and going back to single arm clean and jerks

Post 2nd covid shot feel a bit sluggish and winded.

After watching a video of myself clean and jerking I realized I wasn't lifting with intent. It was "how fast" I can go from the clean to the jerk to the down swing again. Reps were fast/smooth but I never allowed myself the time to catch the clean pause, jerk get underneath the bell, stand up tall, re rack then down swing.

After re watching the videos for Kettlebells for BJJ, the gentlemen lifted with intent and pauses between the lifts.

Retested;
24kg easy 6 reps, parked the bell
28kg 9 reps till I felt uncomfortable pausing in the rack position.
32kg 5 reps till feeling uncomfortable.

I have an can muscle through more reps but not the point.

Will video tape more of my workouts to keeps my myself accountable.

Worked way too much but needed something to get my head straight.

Every 30s 1CJ @ 28kg for 30 min
Average HR 137
Max HR 148

Going to try an use HR to govern when I should add reps/weight.
 
Long weekend at camp, felt good, back to the work grind, always hard the first day back from being in the woods and not having to care what time it is.

SA 1C+P+SQ 60 sets in 30 min.
A couple min break in there to attend to a fussy baby.
