Training On Lentils

Note: I see 20 sets appearing on the horizon. I'll then proceed with 24+32, changing sides every set.
Press will be trickier but fortunately I also have dumbbell. If I'll not be able to do at least 5 x 5 with 32 bell I load dumbbell to "intermediate" 28 kg and go on.

Note: Time about 32 min. Somewhat challenging already, elbows are slightly sore.

Time to toss away girlie/junior weights (in Russia anyway) and start to press dvukhpudovnik.

Few notes:
I purposefully started not with 80% of 1RM but 60% to get adapted to all that volume.
Nevertheless, I can already see my legs, core, triceps and deltoids are visibly thicker.
I am also not going to test 1RM in any lift yet.

From next week on I start to use 32 kg bell for press and 24+32 for dfsq.

Note: Used stopwatches today, total time 26m10s; likely the most intense stuff I ever did with kettlebells. Proper peak-day workout.

Previous 6 weeks was just intro. The real work starts now.

Note: surprisingly fast, about 11-n-half min

Just for a hell of it I've tried iron cross with 32+24 (and 24+32).
Was able to hold it for like 2 seconds.

Note: Will keep at 5x5 w/32 and progressively add back-of sets w/ 24kg.
