I'm not sure if everyone agrees on eat more veggies, in a recent video mark bell decided to cut out veggies and just eat meat... (personally think thats a bad idea.)
+1 to veggies. I would guess that not even the very few who have pusposely excluded veggies from their health would recommend against eating veggies in general.
This gets my vote ^I would further clarify that sustainable consistency is key.
... and bi weekly s***s(poops).There is a very large group of people who only eat meat and drink water.
... and don't forget to breathe.
Pick up heavy things.I guess there is nothing everyone can agree on for getting stronger and more athletic.
