And what results did you achieve?
I’m currently on RMF with 32kg bells (clean and jerk is my favorite lift). I’m going to post results after I finish the advanced phased.
But I’ve done a full run of King Sized Killer to 2.0 once with a 28kg and 1.0 with a 32kg and got leaner, stronger, and more conditioned (obviously) without dieting perfectly (almost all programs didn’t diet perfectly).
Did the giant to 2.0 with 28kg and 32kg and i never Felt stronger rolling against people on the mats. Almost same results as the snatch. Except more strength.
Did half of kettlebell strong (got injured half way through from Jiu Jitsu) but had to stop. But yea def got strong as hell. I did it with 40kg.
All in all just for fun convo what’s your fav @Geoff Neupert program?
