2015 was my first contact with kettlebells. We got some bells and without big explanantions should do some kinds of very bad Kettlebellswings. After this i wanted to learn more about this amazing training tool. I was infected.
I had a look in Lübeck for a teacher and found an RKC Certified Trainer, where i've learned a lot about hardstyle Kettlebell.
2016 I ve done my HKC Certification
2017 RKC Level1
2020 i opened my own gym with Personal Training and Small Group Kettlebell Training.
2022 i decided to come to Strongfirst family, and now: Here i am!
I ve done my SFG Level 1 Certification and also my first Macebell Certification by Mr. Maceman.
Now i'm your place to go to learn Hardstyle Kettlebell and Macebell Training in northern Germany.
