Nowadays I warm up more seriously than when I was younger. I do head side-to-side turning and leaning and 3/4 rolls; infinite shoulders and infinite pelvis (like figure 8'S); hip movements and infinites; knees and ankles rolls. Then I do a Chinese exercise that I really love; metabolic igniters and a movement snack that I saw from Coach Tara on the web. After that I'm ready to hit the real stuff. As I get older, I remember a saying from a famous climber: I will stop training when my warm up will take all my time...
