Very interesting that you went to 2.5 times bodyweight in the deadlift before beginning S&S.
That's the path I'm convinced I need to go down first before diving back into S&S.
 
@Benedictine Monk Just a coincidence I guess. I actually pulled it about 4-6 months before I started S&S.

Understood. I've come to the conclusion that I have weaknesses rather than dysfunction now holding me back, so I'm looking forward to the climb. Assuming I keep practising my TGU, I'm hoping that when I come back to S&S I will have more rapid progress than I did on my first pass.
