Oh, yes! I didn’t notate that very well. I set the bells down for a rest between the squat and swings. But the point remains: watch the stop signs! Thank you for your thoughts.Please note that I do not perform the IC and swings as a continuous set.
Left side IC (c+p+sq) > rest > Left swing x 5 > rest Right IC > Right swing x 5 > rest etc.....
Watch for those stop signs.
