Simple and Sinister February or Leap into S&S

24kg TGU 1/1
Double 24kg IC + S&S: c+p+sq+double 24kg swing x 5. 20 sets in 24:00. Smoker. Blew past all the stop signs. Won’t try that again for a while.
24kg TGU 2x2+2
Please note that I do not perform the IC and swings as a continuous set.
Left side IC (c+p+sq) > rest > Left swing x 5 > rest Right IC > Right swing x 5 > rest etc.....

Watch for those stop signs.

Oh, yes! I didn’t notate that very well. I set the bells down for a rest between the squat and swings. But the point remains: watch the stop signs! Thank you for your thoughts.
 
Light and easy day over here coming into the weekend:

16kg Bell, 1H Swings, 10x10, Getups, 2+2, 2+2, 1+1

After working with the 20kg for a while, the 16kg is flying now, even on a day that I wasn't feeling my strongest. The whole session took me about 23 minutes. So that's pretty cool!

Feeling the tonnage of this month so far.

I have never done more than 3 days a week KB before, but had long stretches where KB +climbing was 6 days a week.

E90 clock
10 swings left
Getup left
10 swings right
Getup right
Etc

Probably should have done 2 hand swings, but it's alright. Had a bit of a hamstring burn after most swings sets and a bit of air hunger after most sets.
