I'm ready(y)

Hey Pavel, would you allow access to the forum for people who are just curious to see some of the progress and logs of others doing this?

Mea culpa, I completely forgot about this thread. I had many volunteers on Facebook, but it never happen on the forum.

Ladies and gents, let me revise the current version, and let's proceed.

@Pavel Macek, please remind me of where we are, and are not, with this project and I will help in any way I can. Or, if you feel most of what's happening is already on Facebook and you wish to focus on that, that's also fine with me, of course.

Pavel, not to hijack but I noticed you mentioned training every other day, is this something you'd recommend for regular S&s also?

Looking forward to this need a slight change from s&s at times. Trying to do total tension now but it seems unusually taxing on my cns.

Is this program hitting more muscles than s&s or it is more of a same but different scenario

Generally, according my experience:

Up to Simple: almost daily
In-betweeen Simple & Sinister: 3-4 times/week
Good thing you pointed that out! I was feeling "just strong" instead of "very strong" finding the need to most times put a day of rest in between S&S sessions that mix the 32 and 40kg bells!

@fractal @Provx, its a really good programme and staying in my tool box. I plan to run it once or twice a year cycling in between my A&A snatches and bent press sessions.....same but different.

If you haven't bent pressed learn that first, whilst there is some carry over from the get up, its up a level in difficulty/mobility.
