Pavel, not to hijack but I noticed you mentioned training every other day, is this something you'd recommend for regular S&s also?

Good thing you pointed that out! I was feeling "just strong" instead of "very strong" finding the need to most times put a day of rest in between S&S sessions that mix the 32 and 40kg bells!Generally, according my experience:
Up to Simple: almost daily
In-betweeen Simple & Sinister: 3-4 times/week
