from what Pavel says I gather it's addressed more to the bjj/grappling folks? I'm sure it will be beneficial for almost everybody - it's kettlebells. My question is whether this program is created with us strikers in mind as well?
 
Nice, in the videos looks like the swing and push press is also reviewed. I always wanted a s&s type program with swings and something other than tgu. I have no idea if this program includes that but at the very least a strong enduranced based c&j is very similar to that
 
@wespom9 , it's an absolutely glorious game that doesn't physically exclude the everyday public from playing...i.e. normal sized folks! It was a big part of my childhood. Even kids that didn't like it played catch, practiced in the infield, etc. I was a Mets fan growing up but guys like Reggie Jackson and the like were my heroes. Kids today don't seem as interested and I find it sad.
