My honest answer is that I don't know. Maybe there is nothing else you can do and it is only matter of luck and genetics if you already do what I mentioned before.The counter-argument, though, is that those are just table-stakes to a good healthspan and that if you want to live to 100+, you probably need to go above and beyond.
So what do you do next if you're already doing all that?
Some people say that there is a correlation between autophagy and longevity. Maybe there is, maybe there isn't. But the fact -at least for the time- is that nobody has proven scientifically that autophagy leads to longevity.
