Keep moving

10 x (5/5 mace (8 kg) 360's & 10 squats)
9 km run
10 x (5/5 mace (10 kg) 360's & 10 squats)

Temperature minus 6 and strong wind, so feels much colder. No hindu squats, as my knee aches a bit due to the cold and regular bwe squats works better then.

Damn, that KB handle is cold. My fingers are freezing. But coldness is not an excuse and I have the right for View attachment 23712a short birthday session.
