Keep moving

A simple session to get the nightshifts and coldness out of my system. Now trying to return to a normal day and night rythm. Probably will take over a week again. Draw back of becoming less young.

8.6 km run
5 ROUNDS OF:
- 5/5 mace 360's
- 5/5 clubbell shield casts

Doubted if I should go, coughing is not getting over and last night some vertigo. But could not resist, so when it stopped raining hard, decided to go to the forest for a endurance session using running and weighted walks.

4 ROUNDS OF:
- 200 m. farmer walks (double 20 kg KB)
- 200 m. run
5 km run
4 ROUNDS OF:
- 100 m. single (20 kg) KB walk left
- 100 m. single (20 kg) KB walk right
- 200 m. run

Way to get after it!
 
A week of flu. Really need to build back up. Because of all the coughing I even pulled a muscle in my back and ribs. Decided to stop my current 10 km run program and restart a 5 km program again (garmin plan).

Yesterday:

2 x (1-2-3-4) KB (20 kg) press
3 x (1-2-3) KB (20 kg) press
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 one-arm (24 kg) KB swings
- 1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups
- 1 minute rest

5.4 km walk

Today:
- 10 x (5/5 mace 360's & 10 squats)
- 2.75 km run

Run was benchmark run, felt tough, thought is was the result of the flu but than saw my average speed was 5:19. Hadnot expected that.
