Nice!Hit 405lbs for a single today, just hook grip. Then hit 425lbs for a single wearing straps. Then hit 340lbs for an octet, also wearing straps.

However, if you go by kg: 60, 100, 140, 180, then you're at 179, and that's close enough.
We decided that kilos, incrementing by blues (pair of 20 kg plates), would be OK, so 60, 100, 140, 180, etc.Wow, what kind of witchcraft is this!?!

I went to a gym that had recently purchased thousands of pounds of all new Rogue bumpers, but had (and I s*** you not) exactly ZERO barbells without frozen sleeves and negligible knurling.
