The 2024 Deadlift Big Plates for Reps Challenge

Deadlifted 255lbs for 3 yesterday (145lb bodyweight, 51yo, standard grip, no straps or belt). Doesn't fit nicely in the categories, but it's "big plates" to me with all of my 45s and 25s involved (my bar is only 25lbs, so the math is funny).

I'm very pleased with my progress. 18 months ago I was detrained to the point where 5x5 at 135 was too much for me. Now I can do 1.75x bodyweight for 3 (sortof/almost meeting the SF standard for my age).

Next goal, C&P 2x20kg for five reps. (Currently at 10 reps with 2x16kg, 1 rep at 2x20kg.) The Giant starts next week.
