Looking for critique. Thinking, hips a little lower, more hinge, bar needs to be out a bit to get under my shoulders better?


Yes, definitely need hips a bit lower. Shoulders are too far out front of the bar. Hips lower will help with that. Also, set your back before the lift, i.e. shoulders back and tighten core/lower spinal erectors. At least you did a pretty good of keeping the bar close to your legs from what I can tell.

Yeah your hips are starting and staying high. You want your shins about an inch from the bar, bend over to reach the bar, pull up on the bar to take out the slack, and at the slightest touch of your shins to the bar push hard into the floor, squeeze everything, and the moment the bar passes your knees you want to crush your glutes together and push them forward to finish the lift.
