Last day of 2020 and nearly a year of S&S.
Overall I feel stronger, more flexibility, more mobility. Particui leg and core strength are much improved. I have not reached the simple standard yet (best time is 19:00) but that has not been my focus. I have been aiming to increase strength more than meeting the time. I'm currently on 8 sets with 40kg/4 sets with 32kg. Once I reach 10 sets with 40kg I will work in more times practices.
Overall very impressed with the program probably is one of the best ROI for your time and money. One year ago doing a TGU with 40kg did not even seem possible. Thank you Pavel!
