The new information churning out of Strong First regarding A+A or AGT is very interesting to read, learn and practice. I'm curious how is compares with the Viking Warrior Conditioning protocols. Both are a form of interval training but with very different work-to-rest ratios. Does A+A replace VWC? Do they complement each other? Or are they achieving two different goals? I'm a volleyball player who is working through S+S using the A+A HR guidelines trying to reach the Simple goal. I'm just curious if VWC would be beneficial as a follow up once that goal is reached.
