Volleyball Wednesday. Rough day because of team drama. Followed by another missed opportunity on Thursday.

Felt old today- right knee and shoulder both grumbling a little.
 
Volleyball on Wednesday. Managed to quash team drama, but we got blanked by a better team. It seems to me that the first thing old athletes lose is the ability to change directions.

I almost talked myself out of doing anything tonight "Well, if I'm going to run, I should really do it outside... but I need to stick around here to keep an eye on the dinner I'm cooking..."

Finally, I said to myself, "self, get your lazy arse on that treadmill and run!" Glad I did.

Messed up my TM for the first 2 deadlift sets, started too high. Need to write it down, dummy. Feeling good, other than a little grumpiness from the right forearm.
