10x10 KB swings, 24 kg.
16-16-16-24-16-kg KB get-ups, each side.
3.4-mile hike.

Between mowing, edging, fertilizing, and hiking today, my Fitbit says I've walked 13 miles.

1-mile run.

Just for fun, I tried to run at a 10-minute-mile pace; way too fast for my old carcass, especially coming only one hour after self-defense and ground-fighting at martial arts class.

My lower back felt a little funny, so I skipped S&S.

Cook Drill carries, 12 min., 12-kg
Run, 1-mile.

I've been noticing that my swings are more "square"; that is, I twist less when I swing with one hand than I used to. I guess my core is getting a little stronger.

The second 24-kg get-up on each side was pretty weak (probably due to the C&Ps the night before), but at least I tried them.

Saturday I ran with my younger daughter. Sunday I ran with my older daughter. Great fun!

(Note: our running is more fun for me than them; I run far slower than they do.)

Skipping get-ups for a while; trying to isolate cause of sore left trap.
Working on packing shoulder during swings.
