more than single 24kg C&P it's too much for me right now
 
Today I temporary resign RoP and start Easy strength: Training for half marathon.

Back squats: 5 body weight + 5 x 48
16Kg C&P: 2x5

C&P: 16 kg 1x5, 24 kg (1x2, 3x1)

68 kg squats feels like enough effort
Next C&P goal: 24 kg 5x2
 
Back squats: 68 kg. 1x5, 74 kg 1x5
Can try heavier

C&P: 16 kg 1x5, 24 kg (2x2, 1x1)

Time to quit from 16 kg
 
Back squats: 74 kg. 1x5
Next week,I'll try triples

C&P: 24 kg 5x2
Step by step, dominating the weight
